I was tasked with helping my Grandma find a quality, preowned Acura RDX. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The dealership has a very chill vibe, literally everyone is super friendly. Chelsey did a fantastic job getting the vehicle Grandma wanted at a price that was better than expected. Cassie handled the finance side of the deal and had everything wrapped up in no time without any surprises. The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly. I liked my salesperson Chelsey, she was great. The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented and I ended up returning it the next day. It is an understandable mistake, and I understand that there is not much they could do without losing money, but at the very minimum I expected an apology. The GM deflected responsibility and could not even offer a halfway genuine apology for wasting more than 14 hours of my time (and money). He did apologize that he couldn’t sell me a car. The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly. I liked my salesperson Chelsey, she was great. The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented and I ended up returning it the next day. It is an understandable mistake, and I understand that there is not much they could do without losing money, but at the very minimum I expected an apology. The GM deflected responsibility and could not even offer a halfway genuine apology for wasting more than 14 hours of my time (and money). He did apologize that he couldn’t sell me a car. I don’t like to work with people who can’t show respect. 2-stars instead of one because they did unwind the deal pretty quickly. If you value your time I would not purchase a used vehicle from this establishment.
