I’ve had such a great experience with Genesis, and especially with my sales person Cole. After a small accident, he went completely above and beyond — driving an hour out of his way to bring me a loaner on his day off, and then making the trip again after work to get my car back to me. You just don’t see that kind of service very often. Cole made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’ve been incredibly impressed with the dealership from start to finish. If you’re shopping for a Genesis, ask for Cole!

I was tasked with helping my Grandma find a quality, preowned Acura RDX. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The dealership has a very chill vibe, literally everyone is super friendly. The building is nice, most of the staff were friendly. I liked my salesperson Chelsey, she was great.
The vehicle I purchased was misrepresented and I ended up returning it the next day. It is an understandable mistake, and I understand that there is not much they could do without losing money, but at the very minimum I expected an apology.
